Outsourcing the Recruitment Process - Contract
Recruiters
Contract recruiters
supply employees to work in your company. The cost to recruit from these
recruiters is 50% less than of what you would pay to the regular
recruiters. Contract
recruiters work onsite in your company. They understand the
organizational culture and dynamics. This strategy allows existing HR
resources to stay focused on their prime goals.
The employees placed
by the contract recruiters work on a project-to-project as needed basis.
Generally, Contract recruiters are known to be aggressive with their
prospecting techniques and also take responsibility of taking care of
attrition.
However, HR
department has another option of trying ’Shared HR Services’, where
a senior consultant (VP-HR or Director – HR) may be appointed who
works probably 2 or 3 days of a week and guides you on all your
policies. The compensation paid to him is generally very less as he/she
may be having similar agreement with more than 3 or 4 companies.
