  India is already a force to reckon with in Information technology areas. The success Outsourcing is already evident. Manufacturing can be cheaper and the transportation is economical as many cities with good infrastructure are linked by Air, rail and/or road.

  Indian government is highly supportive of growth in technology and knowledge based sectors. Strong and supportive legal framework is in place in the form of Information Technology Act, VC norms, copyright, etc. Sock markets are controlled through SEBI and Electronic trading is introduced I National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Mumbai Stock Exchange (BSE)
